At KamKontrol we believe that even that our technology is great we have to ensure that our customers are succesful using it. That is why we will make our best effort to help you to do it. Currently we provide 4 different ways to bring you support:
1. FREE Unlimited E-mail support. Send us all your questions and inquiries through our Contact sheet and we will answer back in less than 24 hours.
2. FREE Forum. KamKontrol provides the Forum tool page to allow the users community to send and answer to general questions or discussion topics.
3. FREE Check the FAQs. We keep documenting all the experiences and problems that some users may had during installing or using our service. Review the FAQs regularly to find answers to your questions.
4. Phone support (Limited to paid accounts only). It doesn't matter where you are at. Contact us and let us know if you want to be contacted by phone and we will call you. You will be charged a very low fee of $35 per support issue. One support issue could have up to 3 phone calls of 20 minutes each. Available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Do not forget to send he phone number were you want to be contacted including country and area codes and a valid e-mail address.
